江田明里（エダアカリ）1994年東京生まれ。日本大学芸術学部映画学科卒業。在学中の2017年、短編映がオーバーハウゼン国際短編映画祭、リーズ国際映画祭にて上映される。映像制作会社勤務を経験した後、2020年から山田智和氏に師事。2022年に独立し、映像作家として活動を始める。ミュージックビデオ、コマーシャル、ファッションムービーなど、多岐にわたる作品を監督している。Akari Eda was born in Tokyo in 1994. She graduated from Nihon University’s College of Art, Department of Film. While still a student in 2017, her short film screened at the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen and the Leeds International Film Festival. After working at a video production company, she studied under filmmaker Tomokazu Yamada from 2020. She went independent in 2022 and now directs a wide range of work, including music videos, commercials, and fashion films.
